This company truly cares about its people. During this time, their supervisor above them decided to hide behind their desk, and watch it happen. Most all of the people that left knew within 2 weeks of this new TM guy was hired that they were not sticking around.

Its a little difficult connecting with everyone given the hybrid work environment, but the wholesome IT team has done a great job providing user-friendly resources. Leader ship and development is on track, pay is fair and benefits are second to none. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.

We have been through many changes, some not so great, but our leadership strives to enhance what works and fix what doesn't. Not many other companies give each employee access to give direct feedback to the CEO and see the feedback affect change.
